DEPAN / Who we are
Who we are

The Cities Network DEPAN was established in June 2015 as a “Greek Cities Development Network”, a non profit company, on the initiative of twenty-three local government organizations from Greece which financed the network in the first year of its operation.

DEPAN includes a number of local actors from across Europe who are joining forces to develop and manage public services and infrastructure more effectively and respond in the best possible way to the needs of citizens by providing better quality services and enhancing local development.

DEPAN is governed by the Board of Directors, originally from its founding members.

The Annual General Meeting is made up of all members and the Board of Directors. It is the network’s supreme governing body.

Certain specific members act as National Coordinators and have been established in several European countries, including Greece.
